Why do you not offer phone support?

Most of the time we can do emails, support tickets and communicate through our client portal.  This keeps a digital tracking of communications and agreements.  Typically, when I am working on Grays Harbor Media Services, Grays Harbor Scanner, I am doing so where I am not able to take phone calls. But I am able to do Email and support tickets without any issues.  When I am done for the day, just like you I like to be done for the day
